Of these noted above -there are also many different types. Low, Middle and Upper End income properties. All have different advantages and disadvantages.
The type of property you should purchase depends on your comfort level, how much you intend to be involved with the property , your abilities to perform normal maintenance and management of the property or whether there is enough cash flow to fund a property manager and maintenance person to handle the property.
